We have a strict application process for our candidates. All our candidates are interviewed by the Beehive team, have excellent references and all documents including, identity documents, Enhanced DBS Certificates and First Aid Certificates are checked. Only 30% of candidates who apply to the Beehive are accepted and we only put forward candidates that we ourselves would be happy to employ.

The Beehive Nanny Agency fees are simple and highly competitve. We only charge once an offer of employment has been made by the family and accepted by the candidate. Permanent placements (6 months+) - 12% of the nannies annual gross salary ​ Temporary placements (12 weeks to 6 months) - 20% of the nannies total salary ​ Temporary placements for each full or part day of employment - £30.00 Temporary placements per week of employment (less than 6 months)) - £120.00 per week
